The natural beauty of a Wood Lamp is a perfect complement to any home. Our lamps are handmade by us using pieces of solid wood. We choose each piece carefully looking for an attractive grain pattern.

Most of the wood is locally sourced in Wyre Forest. We take a piece of wood and turn it into a tablelamp so each final piece is unique. It takes hours of work, from the first cut all the way through to using several grades of sandpaper for the finish, with a final oil and polish. Using a wax polish every so often on your wood table lamp will keep it looking beautiful for years to come.

Wood tablelamp prices vary depending on the design, type of wood used and how long it takes to finish. This website shows a small sample for sale of the items that come out of the Wood by Whitaker workshop. If you would like a lamp made from a particular type of wood, or to a specific shape or size, please ask, we are happy to help.

The Lamp Shades are to show what each piece will look like with a shade, we do not sell the Lamp Shades with the Tablelamps, but if you see one here that you particularly like we can try to source a new one for you or let you know where to buy it.
